Marginal Wharf Construction, Harbour Grace, NL

Public Works & Government Services Canada have a requirement that consists of the furnishing of all plant, labour, equipment, and material for the marginal wharf construction consisting of a reinforced concrete deck, treated timber cribwork and pile construction at Harbour Grace, NL. The work will be completed in strict accordance with the specifications and accompanying drawings, and subject to all terms and conditions of the Contract.

It is Required that bidders visit the site to verify the form, nature and extent of the work, means to access the site, uncertainty of weather, soil conditions and in general obtain all necessary information as to risks, contingencies and other circumstances prior to submitting bid.

Bidders must refer to Section 01 35 29 - Item 1.11, Project/Site Conditions, of specifications before performing any site inspection or preliminary work on site.

Bidders must refer to General Instructions G2710T (2016-04-04) for the Integrity Provisions (Code of Conduct and Certification) applicable to this requirement.
