Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) has a requirement to establish a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for minor dredging work throughout Western Newfoundland (Rose Blanche to St. Anthony on both sides of the Northern Peninsula) and Southern Labrador (L’Anse au Clair to Red Bay). The provision of equipment, labour, plant and materials is required for Dredging of Class "B" material throughout these areas.

The term of this Regional Individual Standing Offer will be for two (2) years, on an "as and when requested basis". Canada reserves the right to award to more than one contractor. Individual call-up amounts will vary, up to a maximum of $100,000.00 (HSTI). A Standing Offer is an agreement and not a contract. Canada does not guarantee that the full amount, or that any amount, will be called up on any resulting RISO.

It is PSPC’s intention to authorize up to two standing offers on the basis of Right of First Refusal.
