Public Works and Government Services requires a Regional
Individual Standing Offer for Diving Inspections in various
locations in Central, Newfoundland and Labrador. The work
covered under this Standing Offer requires the services of a
diving firm to perform diving inspections and minor repairs on
marine structures and facilities at various locations in
    Central, Newfoundland and Labrador.

Central Newfoundland consists of: East of, and including
Jackson's Arm and McCallum, West of, but not including
Clarenville and Long Harbour (Fortune Bay).

The term for the standing offer is for 2 years, on an "as and

a contract. The Crown reserves the right to award to more than
one contractor. A ranking methodology for multiple standing
offers may be used, if applicable. Should Canada exercise its
right to award a standing offer to more than one contractor,
work will be granted to the primary contractor on the right of
    first refusal basis.
