Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) has a requirement for a Regional Individual Standing Offer for the provision of Material Testing Services in various locations across Newfoundland and Labrador.  The work consists of the furnishing of all plant, labour, equipment and materials to carry out material testing in various locations throughout Newfoundland and Labrador.

It is intended to award of up to a maximum of Four (4) Standing Offers. 
One (1) SO for Eastern Region; 
One (1) SO for Central Region; 
One (1) SO for Western Region:
One (1) SO for Labrador Region

Offerors can choose to submit bids for only one (1) region or for multiple regions. 

The term for the Regional Individual Standing Offer is for two (2) years, on an ‘as and when required basis’. A standing offer is an agreement, not a contract. The Crown reserves the right to award more than one standing offer for this requirement.

Bidders must refer to Standard Instructions - 2006 (2020-05-28) for Integrity Provisions applicable to this requirement.
