The work will consist of but not limited to the following: the removal and reconstruction of the newly designed Viewing Platform at Ochre Hill, Terra Nova National Park, NL.
SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:
A major construction project willbe underway on the Trans Canada Highway in Terra Nova National Park during the project period.  This may result in vehicular delays for the contractor accessing the project site.
It is recommended the bidders visit the site and verify the form and nature of the work prior to submitting a bid. 
Bidders must refer to General Instructions G2710T (2015-07-03) for the Integrity Provisions (Code of Conduct and Certification) applicable to this requirement.
