Standing offer - Floating Docks & Gangways, Various locations, New Brunswick.

The work in general will include all plant, labour and material to build, transport and unload each floating wharf module on land at the location that will be specified on each individual call-up.  The locations could be any public wharf along the East Cost of New Brunswick.  The East Coast of NB will be from New Mill to Cape Tormentine.  All work is to be completed in accordance with Specification Number R.001680.001 forming part of the bid document.

The period for placing call-ups against the Standing Offer shall be for two (2) years commencing from the date of award.  A standing offer is an agreement and not a contract.  Offerors should note that there is no guarantee that the full or any amount of the standing offer will be called-up.  More than one standing Offer may be issued for this requirement.

New measures related to Integrity provisions included in the solicitation documents requires attention.
