ESDC (Service Canada) Re-fit, Shippagan GOCB - Shippagan, Gloucester County NB

The work under this contract involves the supply of all labour, materials and equipment required for the re-fit of the ESDC Office located at the Shippagan GOCB, Shippagan NB, as described in the project drawings and in the specification.

In general, work under this contract includes:
1. Construct interior office space fit-up including flooring, walls, wall finishes and ceilings as show on the Contract Documents.
2. All mechanical and electrical modification requirements.
3. Coordination and cooperation with other contractors.

Work under this contract does not include:
1. Cabling work will be managed by Shared Services Canada (SSC). SSC will have their own contractor on-site concurrently with the General Contractor.

OPTIONAL SITE VISIT
There will be a site visit on July 11, 2019 at 1:00pm. Interested bidders are to meet at the ESDC (Service Canada), Shippagan GOCB at 196A J.D Gauthier Boulevard, Floor 1, Shippagan, New Brunswick.

LISTING OF SUBCONTRACTORS
Take note that R2710T, GI07 “Listing of Subcontractors and Suppliers” has been amended. See SI08 of the Special Instructions.

All work is to be performed in accordance with the plans and specifications for Project Number: - R.090551.002 forming part of the bid document.

Site of Work is at: Shippagan, Gloucester County NB

The estimate for this opportunity is within the following cost category:  $100,001 to $500,000 (HST extra).

The Contractor must perform and complete the Work within (10) weeks from the date of notification of acceptance of the offer..
 
New measures related to integrity provisions included in the solicitation documents requires attention.

A public bid opening will be held at the Peticodiac Boardroom, 4th floor, Room #4479, 1045 Main Street, Moncton, N.B.
