    Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) has a
    requirement to establish a Regional Individual Standing Offer
    (RISO) for the provision of all labour and equipment required to
    perform floating plant dredging with side casting abilities in all localities in New Brunswick with postal codes beginning with the following three characters: E8T.
    
    All work is to be completed in accordance with Specification Number R.000155.001 forming part of the bid document.
    
    The work will be performed on an as and when requested basis, during the period of April 01, 2021 to November 30, 2022.
    
    A standing offer is an agreement and not a contract.  Offerors should note that there is no guarantee that the full or any amount of the standing offer will be called-up.  More than one Standing Offer may be issued for this requirement.

Inquiries are to be made in writing and should be received no less than five (5) calendar days prior to the closing date to allow sufficient time to respond.  Inquiries are to be made in accordance with S103. Enquiries During The Solicitation Period, under Special Instructions To Bidders in the solicitation document.  Standard bid and contract security for construction is required.
