Extension of Time
Notice is hereby given that the closing date for the reception of tenders previously due on, September 8, 2016 is extended to September 13, 2016 at 14:00 hours


Work of this contract comprises the removals, repairs and replacement (with upsizing) of the existing storm sewer network and outfalls, located at Natural Resources Canada, The Great Lakes Forestry Centre, 1219 Queen StreetEast, Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario P6A 2E5.

MANDATORY SITE VISIT
There will be a site visit on Thursday, August 18, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. Interested bidders are to meet at Natural Resources Canada, The Great Lakes Forestry Centre,1219 Queen St. E., Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario P6A 2E5

The site visit for this project is MANDATORY.  The representative of the bidder will be required to sign the Site Visit Attendance Sheet at the site visit. Bids submitted by Bidders who have not signed the attendance sheet will not be accepted.

Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authority prior to the site meeting and provide name(s) of individuals attending. 

The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work within eight (8) weeks from the date of notification of acceptance of the offer.
