Description of the Requirement:

Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) has a requirement for consulting services to prepare an Investment Analysis Report (IAR) and supporting documents recommending a long-term accommodation solution for three Federal Departments. In addition, this IAR must include an analysis of the Arthur Meighen building located at 25 St. Clair Ave. E. and will recommend either a renovation or disposal strategy,exploring all viable options including Public Private Partnership (P3) opportunities.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA), the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT), the Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement (CPFTA), the Canada-Columbia Free Trade Agreement (CColFTA), and the Canada-Panama Free Trade Agreement (CPanFTA).

Proposed period of contract:

The proposed period of contract shall be from February 1, 2016 to January 31, 2017

Estimated Level of Effort:

The estimated level of effort of the contract will be for 150 days
