The work includes removing and replacing the existing elevator
equipment including cables and drive components, refurbishing
the entire cab of the elevator, including all car controls,
controls for each floor, door actuators and sensors, and  to
maintain, inspect, test, provide software updates and/or
upgrades and service the elevating devices as more fully
described in the specifications.


SITE VISIT

There will be a site visit on October 1, 2015 at 11:00 am.
Interested bidders are to meet at Great Lakes Forestry Centre,
1219 Queen Street East, Sault Ste. Marie, ON.

Bidders who intend to visit this location must communicate with
the Contracting Authority, Ambreen Dhillon at (416) 590-8253, or
ambreen.dhillon@pwgsc.gc.ca 2 days prior of the date and time of
the scheduled site visit.

The duration of work is schedule to be completed within six (6)
months from the date of notification of acceptance of the offer.

This requirement is open only to the following companies who
qualified to be Elevator Maintenance Contractors - Electric
Elevators, in Ontario:

Drawings and Specifications are now available for viewing and
downloading in a Portable Document Format (PDF) or in a standard
paper version. Tenderers should note that Attachment 1 (ATT 1)
contains the Drawings and Specifications Package (DSP) which
consists of PDF files organized in an industry recognized
directory structure.

procurement.
