Work of this Contract comprises general construction of Small Vessel station for the Canadian Coast Guard, located at Portsmouth Harbour, Kingston Ontario. Work will include but is not limited to:
.1 Construction of Small Vessel Station for the Canadian Coast Guard, located at Portsmouth Harbour, Kingston Ontario.
.2 Associated site work, construction of a communication tower, and mooring docks.
.3 Demolition of the existing search and facility including fence, existing structures, and associated reinstatement of existing site.
.4 Demolition of Dog Kennel Building

The Contractor must perform and complete the Work within (34) weeks from the date of notification of acceptance of the offer. 

OPTIONAL SITE VISIT

There will be a site visit on Thursday May 24, 2018 at 10:00am. Interested bidders are to meet at the Portsmouth Olympic Harbour at 53 Yonge St. in Kingston ON
