    Scope of Work
    Scope of work for this project is comprised of clearing trees,
    consisting of felling, trimming, and cutting of trees into
    sections, grinding of stumps to surface grade and satisfactory
    disposal of trees and other vegetation designated for removal,
    including downed timber, snags, brush, and rubbish occurring
    within cleared areas. Onsite work is to commence on or after
    October 1st, 2014. The site is bordered by Chappus St to the
    North, Broadway Blvd to the South, Water St to the West and the
    Essex Terminal Railway to the East.
    As a component to the project the sediment fence installed
    around approximately 75% of the property (See figure 2 for
    locations) shall be removed and disposed of following tree
    removal activities along with all associated appurtenances. The
    snake fence installed along Broadway Blvd. is to be maintained
    (See figure 2 for location). Temporary removal for access and
    work execution is permitted, but shall be limited to 100m
    sections and shall be reinstalled without delay following
    completion of work in the area.
    
    MANDATORY SITE VISIT:
    A Mandatory Site Visit will be held on 17 September 2014 at
    9:00AM . Interested bidders will meet at Commissionaires Check
    Point as outlined on Figure 2 of the Specifications, located at
    the intersection of Broadway Blvd and Sandwich St, Windsor, ON. 
    It is mandatory that the bidder attend the site visit at the
    designated date and time to examine the scope of the work
    required and the existing conditions. Bidders are requested to
    register with the Contracting Officer, Bob Hassell, at
    bob.hassell@pwgsc.gc.ca / 416-590-8270, to confirm their
    attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will
    attend. Bids submitted by Bidders who have not signed the
    attendance sheet will not be accepted.
    
    Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting
    from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid
    solicitation...
    
    Closing date: 25 September 2014, 14:00 HOURS.  
    
    The duration of work is schedule to be completed within 12 weeks
    from the date of notification of acceptance of the offer.
    
    Bidders should provide, with their bid or promptly thereafter, a
    complete list of names of all individuals who are currently
    directors of the Bidder.  If such a list has not been received
    by the time the evaluation of bids is completed, Canada will
    inform the Bidder of a time
     frame within which to provide the information.  Failure to
    provide such a list within the required time frame will render
    the bid non-responsive.  Bidders must always submit the list of
    directors before contract award.

    paper version. Tenderers should note that Attachment 1 (ATT 1)
