On behalf of Correctional Service Canada (CSC), Public Works and
Government Services Canada (PWGSC) is seeking tenders for
construction services for the replacement roofing systems on the
Annex gym, kitchen, segregation mechanical room and main gate at
Bowden Institution at Innisfall, AB as detailed in the
specifications, drawings and Invitation to Tender documents.

Drawings and Specifications are now available to for viewing and
downloading in a Portable Document Format (PDF). Tenderers
should note that Attachment 1 (ATT 1) contains the Drawings and
Specifications Package (DSP) which consists of PDF files
organized in an industry recognized directory structure. 

NOTICE - OPTIONAL SITE VISIT

It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the
Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for a
tour of the work site.

There will be a site visit on August 12, 2015 at 10:00 AM MDT.
Interested Bidders are to meet at Bowden Institution (Main
Gate), Higway #2 South, P.O Box 6000, Innisfail, AB.

Bidders may be requested to sign an attendance form.
