NOTE REVISION TO SITE VISIT DATE HEREIN

Work under this Contract comprises of Automated Control System
Upgrade, to Building C - Health Care and Parole Offices; E -
Administration Buildiing; M - Maintenance; and P - Program
Building.  Immediately ensure heat can be available on demand;
design, supply, install and commission of localized control with
ability to override through the PLC for manual control, and
repairs located at Pe Sakastew, Hobbema, AB.  

Drawings and Specifications are now available for viewing and
downloading in a Portable Document Format (PDF) or in a standard
paper version.  Tenderers should note that Attachment 1 (ATT 1)
contains the Drawings and Specifications Package (DSP) which
consist of PDF files organized in an industry recognized
directory structure.

NOTICE - MANDATORY SITE VISIT

There will be a site visit on September 26, 2013 at 10:00 AM.
Interested bidders are to meet at Pe Sakastew Institution,
Highway #2A, Hobbema, Alberta.

The site visit for this project is MANDATORY.  The
representative of the bidder will be required to sign the Site
Visit Attendance Sheet at the site visit. Bids submitted by
Bidders who have not signed the attendance sheet will not be
accepted.

Bidders will be requested to sign an attendance form.  

This PWGSC Office provides procurement services to the public in
English.
