Request for Individual Standing Offer (RISO)

For the supply of all labour, materials, tools, equipment and supervision required to complete General Trades work in various buildings at CFB Edmonnton on an as and when requested basis during the period of the standing offer agreement.  

All work is to be completed to the satisfaction of the Technical Authority, in accordance with Statement of Work included in the Request for Standing Offer.  The Period of Standing Offer is estimated to be for a three year period from date of Standing Offer issuance.

Security Clearance:  Contractor(s) will be required to be cleared to RELIABILITY status.

Debriefing:  
After issuance of a standingoffer, offerors may request a debriefing on the results of the request for standing offers.  Offerors should make the request to the Standing Offer Authority within 15 working days of receipt of notification that their offer was unsuccessful. 

The debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person. The debriefing will include an outline of the reasons the submission was not successful, making reference to the evaluation criteria. The confidentiality of information relating to other submissions will be protected.
