Nature of Requirements: 
Repair and/or Construct concrete for the Department of National
Defence, 4 Wing Cold Lake, Cold Lake, Alberta.

Work under this Standing Offer includes the provision of all
labour, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision and
material necessary to repair and/or construct concrete requested
by the Department of National Defence, 4 Wing Cold Lake, Cold
Lake, Alberta as outlined in the Department of National Defence
Specification and Statement of Work and in accordance with the
terms and conditions stated herein.

Services are to be provided on an as required basis.  It is
anticipated that one (1) standing offer will be issued to the
lowest compliant offeror.

The standing offer will be issued for a term of three (3) years
from the date of Standing Offer issuance.

This procurement contains a MANDATORY requirement. See Part 4 of
the RFSO for details.

Pursuant to section 01 of Standard Instructions 2006, Offerors
must submit a complete list of names of all individuals who are
currently directors of the Offeror. Furthermore, as determined
by the Special Investigations Directorate, Departmental
Oversight Branch, each individual named on the list may be
requested to complete a Consent to a Criminal Record
Verification form and related documentation.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT).
