Work under this standing offer includes the provision of skilled licensed labour, tools, equipment, supervision and material as requested by Department of National Defence in the form of callups for excavating, repairing, and backfilling of Underground Utilities at 4 Wing, CFB Cold Lake, AB.  

Services are to be provided on an "as required” basis.  It is anticipated that up to two (2) firms will be issued a standing offer. The standing offer will be issued for a term of three (3) years.

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
