Drawings and Specifications are now available for viewing and downloading in a Portable Document Format (PDF). Tenderers should note that Attachment 1 (ATT 1) contains the Drawings and Specifications Package (DSP) which consist of PDF files organized in an industry recognized directory structure. NOTICE - OPTIONAL SITE VISIT It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for a tour of the work site. The site visit will be held on: September 5, 2014 at 10:00 AM. Interested bidders are to meet at the Administration Building, Lacombe Research Centre, 6000 C and E Trail, Lacombe, Alberta. Bidders may be requested to sign an attendance form. This PWGSC Office provides procurement services to the public in English. REVISED CLOSING DATE TO: 02:00 PM on 2014-09-18 If your bid has already been forwarded and you wish to revise the same, this revision should reach the Bid Receiving Unit identified on Page 1 before the closing date. All other terms and conditions remain the same. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
