The primary objective of this project is to rehabilitate the Parkway by applying an asphalt overlay over the length of the roadway and upgrading select trail heads & day use areas to increase parking capacity and improve traffic flow.

The work has been scheduled to occur during the fall of 2017, 2018 and 2019 which avoids the Contractor having to work during the summer visitor season when the road is open to the public.

Value of Project:  To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated at a value over & above $5,000,000.

NOTICE - OPTIONAL SITE VISIT

It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site.  Arrangements have been made for a tour of the work site.

The site visit will be held on July 18th, 2017 at 1:00 PM. Interested bidders are to meet at:
