    REQUIREMENTS:
    Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), on behalf of Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC), requires the services of a Project Management Firm, acting in the capacity of the coordinating firm of record, together with a multi-disciplinary team of sub-consultants for the provision of the Quality Assurance Services required during three (3) construction Projects at the Eureka High Arctic Weather Station in Eureka, Nunavut.  These projects include:
    1. Recapitalization of Airport Runway and related components.
    1.1 Requiring: 
    a) Resident construction services.
    b) Material Testing Quality Assurance.
    c) Topographic Survey Quality assurance. 
    2. Sewer & Water Project.
    2.1 Requiring:
    a) Resident construction services.
    b) Material Testing Quality Assurance.
    c) Topographic Survey Quality assurance. 
    3 Building Decommissioning Project.
    3.1 Requiring:
    a) Resident construction services.
    b) Hazardous Materials Abatement and Non-Hazardous Materials Demolition Quality Assurance.  
    
    The work is scheduled to be during the summer months only (June - August) for four consecutive years (Starting June 2021).
