    EW038-212139 - Structured Intervention Unit (SIU) Upgrades Edmonton Institution for Women (EIFW), Edmonton, Alberta
    
    Requirement:
    
    Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), on behalf of Correctional Services Canada (CSC) is seeking tenders for the provision of all materials, equipment, labour and supervision to renovate various locations within the Edmonton Institution for Women (EIFW), in order support a new Structured Intervention Unit (SIU). The work will include partial demolition to existing areas, in order to reconfigure the space to meet CSC’s revised requirements. The work also includes construction of a fenced outdoor exercise yard with concrete surface and install a 4 seat integrated table/chair assembly.
    
    Drawings and Specifications are now available for viewing and downloading in the Portable Document Format (PDF) or in a standard paper version. Tenderers should note that Attachment 1 (ATT 1) contains the Drawings and Specifications Packages (DSP) which consist of PDF files organized in an industry recognized directory structure
    
    NOTICE - OPTIONAL SITE VISIT
    There will be a site visit on February 9, 2021 at 9:00 AM. Interested bidders are to meet at Edmonton Institution for Women located at 11151-178 St NW. Meet just in front of the Principal Entrance building.
     
    
    Covid Instructions:
    Only a maximum of 1-2 persons per contractor/company are to attend the site visit. All visitors need to be masked when they arrive, during the entire site visit and until they leave the premises. All visitors are to keep physical distancing of at least 2 meters from other visitors, staff and inmates and whoever else is in the premises during arrival, during the entire visit and until they have left the premises. 
    
    All visitors will be required to complete a Covid 19 symptom questionnaire that is available at the site and anyone with any symptom on that questionnaire will not be admitted to the site for the site visit.
