Trade Agreement: LCSA/AIT Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Attachment: None Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Emergency System Upgrades, Lethbridge, AB E0209-140260/A Ho (RPC), Hector Telephone No. - (780) 497-3543 Fax No. - (780) 497-3510 Project No. R.057698.003 Work of this Contract comprises the installation of a new diesel fuelled emergency power generator, complete with required transfer switches and distribution system, upgrades to the emergency lighting system, upgrades to the fire pump and connection of the fire pump to the new emergency power generator at the JD Higenbotham Building, 700-4th Ave South, Lethbridge, AB; further identified as Emergency Power Upgrade. Drawings and Specifications are now available for viewing and downloading in a Portable Document Format (PDF) or in a standard paper version. Tenderers should note that Attachment 1 (ATT 1) contains the Drawings and Specifications Package (DSP) which consist of PDF files organized in an industry recognized directory structure. NOTICE: Mandatory Site Visit: There will be a site visit on July 10, 2013 at 10:00 AM. Interested bidders are to meet at JD Higenbotham Building, 700-4th Ave South, Lethbridge, AB The site visit for this project is MANDATORY. The representative of the bidder will be required to sign the Site Visit Attendance Sheet at the site visit. Bids submitted by Bidders who have not signed the attendance sheet will not be accepted. Bidders are requested to communicate with the Contracting Authority before the scheduled visit to confirm attendance, provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend. Bidders that do not provide the name(s) of the person(s) attending the site visit risk being denied access to the site. This PWGSC Office provides procurement services to the public in English. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
