Work of this Contract comprises the installation of a new diesel
fuelled emergency power
generator, complete with required transfer switches and
distribution system, upgrades to the
emergency lighting system, upgrades to the fire pump and
connection of the fire pump to the
new emergency power generator at the JD Higenbotham Building,
700-4th Ave South,
Lethbridge, AB; further identified as Emergency Power Upgrade.

Drawings and Specifications are now available for viewing and
downloading in a Portable Document Format (PDF) or in a standard
paper version.  Tenderers should note that Attachment 1 (ATT 1)
contains the Drawings and Specifications Package (DSP) which
consist of PDF files organized in an industry recognized
directory structure.

NOTICE:  Mandatory Site Visit:
There will be a site visit on July 10, 2013 at 10:00 AM.
Interested bidders are to meet at JD Higenbotham Building,
700-4th Ave South, Lethbridge, AB

The site visit for this project is MANDATORY.  The
representative of the bidder will be required to sign the Site
Visit Attendance Sheet at the site visit. Bids submitted by
Bidders who have not signed the attendance sheet will not be
accepted.

Bidders are requested to communicate with the Contracting
Authority before the scheduled visit to confirm attendance,
provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend. Bidders
that do not provide the name(s) of the person(s) attending the
site visit risk being denied access to the site.


This PWGSC Office provides procurement services to the public in
English.
