    MINOR MAINTENANCE AND ALTERATIONS, UNITED SERVICES BUILDING,
    REGINA ARMORY AND QUEEN BUILDING, REGINA, SASKATCHEWAN
    REQUIREMENT: Work under this standing offer includes the
    provision of skilled licensed labour, tools, equipment,
    supervision and material as requested by Public Works and
    Government Services Canada (PWGSC) on behalf of the Department
    of National Defence (DND), Regina, Saskatchewan in the form of
    call ups for the provisions of Minor Maintenance and Alterations
    (Structural, Electrical, Plumbing and Painting) Services as
    detailed in the Statement of Work attached to the Request for
    Standing Offer. Services are to be provided on an "as required"
    basis.  It is anticipated that only 1 firm will be issued a
    standing offer. The standing offer will be issued for a term of
    three (3) years.

    CODE OF CONDUCT: "IMPORTANT NOTICE:  New measures related to
    Code of Conduct and certifications included in the solicitation
    documents requires attention."
    
    SUPPORT THE USE OF APPRENTICES: Through Canada's Economic Action
    Plan 2013, the Government of Canada proposes to support the
    employment of apprentices in federal construction and
    maintenance projects. Please refer to SI12 of solicitation
    document for further instructions.
    
    TRADE AGREEMENTS: The proposed requirement is subject to the
    provisions of the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
    
    DEBRIEFING: After issuance of a standing offer, offerors may
    request a debriefing on the results of the request for standing
    offers.  Offerors should make the request to the Standing Offer
    Authority within 15 working days of receipt of notification that
    their offer was unsuccessful. The debriefing may be provided in
    writing, by telephone or in person. The debriefing will include
    an outline of the reasons the submission was not successful,
    making reference to the evaluation criteria. The confidentiality
    of information relating to other submissions will be protected.
