Title:         Skylight Remediation -Pacific Forestry Centre
Location:  Victoria, B.C.

Work Description:
The work of this contract comprises of the atrium skylight
repair of the Pacific Forestry Centre, located at 506 West
Burnside Road, Victoria, B.C.  Work to be performed:
1.  Removal and disposal of existing vertical and sloped
glazing, sealants and flashings.
2.  Removal of existing ceiling suspended drapery equipment
(banner display).
3.  Installation of new prefinished vertical (including access
panel), slope glazing and louvres with new flashings and sealant
as indicated.
4.  Re-painting of existing gypsum walls and ceiling.
5.  Modifications may be required to existing SBS roof for
installation of new glazing frames.  Any modifications to
existing SBS roof must be completed by RCABC approved
contractors.

Site Visit:
Contractors are strongly recommended to visit the site prior to
submitting a tender for this work and to make inquiries or
investigations necessary to become thoroughly acquainted with
the site as well as the nature and extent of the work.

A site visit has been scheduled for 07 May 2014 @ 10:30 AM PDST.
 Contractors are to meet at 506 West Burnside Road, Victoria,
B.C.

Delivery Date:
The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work within
fourteen (14) weeks from the date of notification of acceptance
of the offer.

Value of Project:
To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project
is estimated to cost between 
$250,000.00 and $350,000.00

Firms that elect to base their proposal on documents obtained
