Location:   Parks Canada Facility located at 16393 Tsonoqua
Drive, Port Renfrew, BC

Note to Tenderers:

contains the Drawings and Specifications Package (DSP) which

Work Description:
Work to be done under this Contract generally comprises of all
labour, materials, equipment and supervision required for the
following:
- Removal and safe disposal of two (2) existing Aboveground
portable fuel tanks and a specified section of chain link fence.
- Supply and installation of one (1) Aboveground fuel tank c/w
reinforced concrete pad, oil stop valve, and apertures -  as per
design drawings.
- Commissioning and testing of one (1) Aboveground fuel tank
system; including Field Testing of Transfer Area.
- Provide Emergency Spill Response training to site personnel.
- Supply and installation of concrete curbing and chainlink
fence - as per design drawings.
- Legal survey of two (2) property pins - to be located by
Contractor.

Work will be performed in accordance with the contract schedules
within the scope of work. 

Site Visit:     
Contractors are recommended to visit the site prior to
submitting a tender for this work and to make inquiries or
investigations necessary to become thoroughly acquainted with
the site as well as the nature and extent of the work.  A site
visit is scheduled on Thursday, May 14th, 2015 at 1:00pm local
time, at Parks Canada Facility, located at 16393 Tsonoqua Drive,
Port Renfrew, BC.  

Delivery Date:
Onsite Works are to commence no sooner than October 1st, 2015. 
And all work is to be completed on or before October 30th, 2015.

Value of Project:
This project is estimated to cost around $60,000.00.
