Title: CRA Training Room Improvements 

Location:   Sinclair Centre located at 757 West Hastings Street,
Vancouver, BC

Note to Tenderers:

paper version. Tenderers should note that Attachment File(s)
contains the Drawings and Specifications Package (DSP) which
consists of PDF files organized in an industry recognized
directory structure.

Work Description:
Work to be done under this Contract generally comprises, but is
not limited to, the provision of all labour, materials, services
and equipment necessary for the renovation of the CRA Training
Room, at Sinclair Centre, Vancouver, BC, including demolition
and construction work, and associated mechanical and electrical
work.

Work will be performed in accordance with the contract schedules
within the scope of work. 

Site Visit:     
Contractors are recommended to visit the site prior to
submitting a tender for this work and to make inquiries or
investigations necessary to become thoroughly acquainted with
the site as well as the nature and extent of the work.  A site
visit is scheduled on Tuesday, June 2nd, 2015 at 11:00am local
time, at the CRA office in Sinclair Centre, located at 757 West
Hastings Street, Vancouver, BC.  

Delivery Date:
The work shall commence immediately upon official notification
of acceptance of tender by the Contracting Authority and is to
be completed within ten (10) weeks from Contract Award.

Value of Project:
This project is estimated to cost around $500,000.00.

Firms intending to submit tenders on this project should obtain
tender (solicitation) documents through
Buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders. Addenda, when issued will be available
from Buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders. Firms that elect to base their
bids on tender (solicitation) documents obtained from other
sources do so at their own risk and will be solely responsible
to inform the tender calling authority of their intention to
bid. In all cases, bidders must indicate (when requested) in the
space provided on the tender form the identification number(s)
of the addenda, if any, that they have taken into consideration
for their bid.

This procurement office provides procurement services to the
public in English.
