CSC Mechanical Plumbing Services SOA 

Work Description:
Work under this standing offer is for Mechanical Plumbing
Services and urgent repair work, as and when required at various
Correctional Services Canada (CSC) Institutions in the Fraser
Valley, B.C. 

Work will be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work.

Period of Standing Offer:  Two (2) years

It is anticipated that two (2) standing offer(s) will be issued.
The total expenditure of the standing offers is $420,000.00 (GST
included).

Site Visit:

Contractors are recommended to visit the site prior to
submitting a tender for this work and to make inquiries or
investigations necessary to become thoroughly acquainted with
the site as well as the nature and extent of the work.
A site visit is scheduled on Tuesday, August 11th, 2015 @
10:00am local time.  Bidders are to meet at the PWGSC Site
Office at the Matsqui Institution located at 33344 King Road,
Abbotsford B.C.

Note: All contractors must wear a high visibility vest, which
meets WCB standards, for all site visits including a tender site
visit.  No cameras, cell phones (of any type) or lap top
computers are allowed into institutions at any time.  All
contractors attending the site visit must to able to provide a
piece of Government issued photo identification at the reception
in order to gain visitor access into institutions.

from Buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders. Firms that elect to base their
bids on tender (solicitation) documents obtained from other
sources do so at their own risk and will be solely responsible
to inform the tender calling authority of their intention to
bid. In all cases, bidders must indicate (when requested) in the
space provided on the tender form the identification number(s)
of the addenda, if any, that they have taken into consideration
for their bid.
