Work Description:
Work to be done under this Contract covers the transport, and disposal of contaminated soil, at Pacific Environment Centre (PEC) Site in West Vancouver, BC. 

Work to be performed under this Contract includes, but is not limited to, the following:

- Prime Contractor for health and safety and environmental protection at Site.
- All required design activities to complete Work.
- Premobilization Submittals.
- Progress Submittals, including cash flow and forecasting.
- Prepare Site for Work, including on site weigh scale and temporary office facilities for Contractor, Departmental Representative and consultants.
- Transport Contaminated Waste to a Disposal Facility.
- Dispose of Contaminated Waste at a Disposal Facility for final disposal.
- Optional Work includes the transport and disposal of Contaminated Waste at a Disposal Facility for final disposal.
- Segregate remaining soils in Cell #1, #2, #3, #4, #5, #6 into Hazardous Waste and Waste quality piles and secure with onsite cover.
- Closure Submittals.
- All ancillary activities required to complete Work.

Work will be performed in accordance with the contract schedules within the scope of work.

Site Visit:
There is NO scheduled site visit.

Delivery Date:
The work shall commence immediately upon official notification of acceptance of tender by the Contracting Authority and is to be completed by March 29, 2019.

Value of Project:
To assist with bonding and insurance requirements this project is estimated to cost around $3,500,000.00 for both base work and optional work.
