    Work Description:
    
    Work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to, the supply of equipment, labour and materials for the performance 
    of all work as required by the Contract Documents. All replaced items, cut-offs and waste material shall be disposed by
    the contractor in strict accordance with provincial, local, and municipal regulations and Part 8 of the National Building 
    Code and with the Canadian Construction Safety Code.
    
    The work to be carried out under this contract includes the demolition and disposal the remaining part of Wharf 408, all of 
    Wharf Approaches 409, 410, and 421, backfilling the area south of Wharf 406 and installation of rip rap slope protection 
    and a lock-block wall. The work generally consists of, but is not limited to the following items:
    
    Work will be performed in accordance with the contract schedules within the scope of work.
    
    Delivery Date:
    
    All Mandatory Work Items including clean-up and demobilization must be completed by February 15th, 2019.
    All Option Work Items, if exercised, including clean-up and demobilization shall be completed by the later of, 10 weeks after completion of all Mandatory Work Items, or 16 weeks after award of Option Work Items.
    
    Value of Project:
    
    To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated to cost between $2,500,000 and $2,750,000.
