    Title:  Intersection Improvements
    
    Location: Gundy Road and Km 192, Alaska Highway, BC
    
    Work Description: 
    Work under this Contract is for the improvement of the Highway
    intersection at Gundy Road and km 192 of the Alaska Highway in
    northeast BC. For reference, the Town of Fort Nelson is at km
    453 of the Alaska Highway. Work includes, but is not limited to
    the following:
    Supply and apply primer and tack coat
    Supply and apply joint sealant
    Supply, haul, place, and compact Hot Mix Asphalt concrete
    pavement
    Milling
    Lap joint
    
    Contractors are strongly recommended to visit the site prior to
    submitting a tender for this work and to make enquiries or
    investigations necessary to become thoroughly acquainted with
    the site as well as the nature and extent of the work.
    
    Delivery Date: 
    Work under this Contract to be substantially completed by
    September 15, 2014.

    Value of Project: 
    To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project
    is estimated to cost between 
    $500, 000 and $550,000.

    from Buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders. Firms that elect to base their
    bids on tender (solicitation) documents obtained from other
