Title:  Roof Membrane Replacement 

Location: Pacific Forestry Centre, Victoria, BC

Work Description: 
The work of this contract comprises removal of the existing roofing and installation of new roofing at the Pacific Forestry Centre in Victoria, BC. 

Roofing contractor is to provide Roofing Contractors Association of British Columbia RGC Roofstar Guarantee.

Site Visit: 
Contractors are stronglyrecommended to visit the site prior to submitting a tender for this work and to make inquiries or investigations necessary to become thoroughly acquainted with the site as well as the nature and extent of the work.

A site visit has been scheduled for15 December 2015 at 9:30 AM. Contractors are to meet at the Pacific Forestry Centre, 506 West Burnside Road, Victoria, BC.

Delivery Date: 
The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work within four [4] weeks from the date of notification of acceptance of the offer.

Value of Project: 
To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated to cost between 
$175,000 and $225,000.
