Title: Osoyoos Roof Restoration
Location: Osoyoos Border Crossing, Osoyoos BC

Work Description:
Work under this contract covers the:
1.  Replacement of the existing conventional rood assemblies on roof areas A,B,C, D, E, F, and H with a new conventionally insulated 2-ply SBS MB roof assembly, including a slope package, new drains, flashing, etc.
2.  Installation of ladder suports, a fixed ladder, new anchors and horizontal life lines as part of the roof access and fall protection, as outlined on the drawings.
3.  Building Sealant renewal
4.  Apply PMMA liquid-applied membrane in existing gutter along Roof Area G
5.  Provide access to existing anchors along Roof Area G and coodinate testing
6.  Provide access to existing skylight along Roof Area G at GL 23, disassemble skylight for review by Departmental Representative and then reassemble
7.  Clean all areas affected by the work to satisfaction of the Departmental Representative
8.  All other work specified herein or noted on drawings

Site visit:
A site visit has been scheduled on July 14, 2016 at 0900 PDST.  Interested Bidders are to meet at the Osoyoos Border Crossing.  Bidders are to park by the "C" cans and walk to the main POE Building to sign-in.  

Bidders are to wear hi-visual vests during the site visit.

Bidders are responsible for making their own travel arrangements.

site visit.

Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resultingfrom site visit will be included as an
amendment/addendum.

Value of Project: 
To assist with bondingand insurance requirements, this project is estimated to cost between $700,000.00 to $800,000.00.
