    Work Description:
    Work of this Contract includes, but is not limited to:
    
    -Installation of new air-cooled chiller, c/w new fan coil units,
    pumps and piping.
    -Addition of new control system ot the existing control system
    so that the existing systems and new systems shall work in unity
    without any problems.
    -Electrical connections to new equipment and controls systems.
    -Construction of new pad and fence around the chiller.
    -Modification of existing benches to suit new fan coil units.
    -Commissioning.
    -All welding works shall be done outside of the building away
    from air intakes.
    
    Work will be performed in accordance with the contract schedules
    within the scope of work.
    
    Site Visit
    Contractors are recommended to visit the site prior to
    submitting a tender for this work and to make inquiries or
    investigations necessary to become thoroughly acquainted with
    the site as well as the nature and extent of the work.
    
    A site visit is scheduled for Thursday September 3rd,  2015 at
    10:00 local time at the Pacific Agri-Food Reseach Centre at 6947
    Lougheed Hwy, Agassiz, BC.  Interested bidders are to meet in
    the main building lobby..
    
    Delivery Date:
    The work shall be completed within six (6) months of contract
    award.
    
    Value of Project:
    To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project
    is estimated to cost between $450,000 and $550,000.
