Work Description:
The work to be carried out includes the construction of an approximately 12 m long wharf adjacent to the existing concrete Wharf 417. The work generally consists of, but is not limited to the following items:

Mandatory Work (gridelines 11-13):
* Mobilisation and Demobilisation
* Supply and install 609x12.7mm Painted Steel Piles including installation of owner supplied anode
* Supply and install 609.7x15.9mm Steel Piles (Abutment)
* Re-grade existing Filter Rock and place owner supplied Rip-Rap Layer.
* Supply and install Concrete Lock Blocks (Abutment)
* Supply and install Concrete Anchors
* Supply and install Pile Caps and Deck Beams
* Supply and Cast Concrete Deck and Abutment
* Supply and install Fender Piles, Guardrail, Railing, Ladders and Cleats

Optional Work:
* Supply and install 609x12.7mm Painted Steel Piles on gridlines D and E from gridlines 14 to 21, including installation of owner supplied anode
* Supply and install 609x12.7mm Painted Steel Piles on gridline F from gridlines 14 to 21, including installation of owner supplied anode
* Supply and install 609.7x15.9mm Steel Piles (Abutment) from gridlines 14 to 21
* Re-grade existing Filter Rock and place Rip-Rap Layer from gridlines 13 to 21 and under wharf 404,405,406’
* Supply and install Concrete Lock Blocks (Abutment) from gridlines 13 to 21

Site Visit: 
There is no site visit scheduled for this solicitation.

Delivery Date:
Although off site work can commence upon Contract Award, no mobilization of crew or equipment to the project site can commence until September 9th, 2019.  The Contractor shall perform and complete the work by December 20, 2019.

Value of Project: 
To assist with insurance and bonding requirements, this project is estimated to cost between $1,000,001.00 and $5,000,000.00.
