TITLE:
Roof Repair and/or Replacement Standing Offer - DND 
Various Locations operated by Canadian Forces Bases, Department of National Defence, BC

WORK DESCRIPTION:
Work under this standing offer shall include all labour, materials, tools, equipment, supervision and transportation required for repair and/or replacement of roofing on various buildings at the following locations:
- CFB Esquimalt - including Dockyard, Signal Hill, Naden, Colwood, Rocky Point, Albert Head, Belmont Park, Heals Range, Munroe Head, Mary Hill, Pat Bay, Work Point, and Yarrows;
- Bay St Armoury - 715 Bay St. Victoria, BC
- Ashton Armoury - 724 Vanalman Ave. Victoria, BC
- HMCS Malahat - 20 Huron St. Victoria, BC
- CFMETR & Winchelsea Island - Nanoose, BC
- Nanaimo Armoury

PERIOD OF STANDING OFFER: 
The period for placing call-ups against the Standing Offer shall be for three (3) years commencing from the start date identified on the Standing Offer, with two (2) one-year options.

It is anticipated that one (1) standing offer will be issued. The estimated value of the standing offer is $800,000.00, GST Extra, for the duration of the 3-year standing offer.

The responsive offer with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for issuance of a standing offer.

INDUSTRIAL SECURITY RELATED REQUIREMENTS:
At offer closing, the Offeror must hold a valid Security Clearance as indicated in section SC01 of the Supplementary Conditions. Failure to comply with this requirement will render the offer non-compliant and no further consideration will be given to the offer.

1. The Contractor/Offeror must, at all times during the performance of the Contract/Standing Offer, hold a valid Facility Security Clearance at the level of SECRET, issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC).

2. The Contractor/Offeror personnel requiring access to sensitive work site(s) must EACH hold a valid personnel security screening at the level of SECRET or RELIABILITY, as required, granted or approved by CISD/PWGSC.

3. Subcontracts which contain security requirements are NOT to be awarded without the prior written permission of CISD/PWGSC.

4. The Contractor/Offeror must comply with the provisions of the:
   a) Security Requirements Check List and security guide (if applicable),       attached at Annex A.
   b) Industrial Security Manual (Latest Edition).

SITE VISIT:
There is no site visit scheduled for this requirement.
