    IMPORTANT CHANGES TO GC04 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY, "6. - LICENCE
    TO FOREGROUND FOR OTHER PROJECTS" OF R1225D (REFER TO
    SUPPLEMENTARY CONDITIONS SCI).
    
    Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) intends to
    retain the services of an architectural firm, acting as the
    Prime Consultant, together with a multidisciplinary team of
    sub-consultants to undertake the design of and provide
    construction administration for the Correctional Services Canada
    Willow Cree Healing Lodge Expansion, Phase 2, Vocational and Gym
    Buildings, Duck Lake, Saskatchewan, as more fully described in
    the Terms of Reference.
    
    The RFP process will be conducted in a single phase selection
    process. Proponents responding to this RFP are requested to
    submit a full and complete proposal. The proposal will cover not
    only the qualifications, experience and organization of the
    proposed Consultant Team, but also the detailed approach to the
    work, and the pricing and terms offered. A combination of the
    technical and price of services submissions will constitute the
    proposal.
    
    Proponents shall be licensed, or eligible to be licensed,
    certified or otherwise authorized to provide the necessary
    professional services to the full extent that may be required by
    provincial or territorial law in the province of Saskatchewan.

    PWGSC will receive sealed proposals in English or French at:

    English.
    
    The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any
