    The Work under this contract shall include, but is not limited to, the furnishingof all superintendence, overhead, labour, materials, equipment, tools, supplies, and all things necessary for and incidental to the satisfactory performance and completion of the work, as more fully described in the drawings and specifications, for breakwater repairs at Gimli, Manitoba.

    Value of Project:  To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated at a value between $250,001 and $500,000.
    
    The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. "This PWGSC office provides procurement services to the public in English." Sealed bids will be received in English or French at: Contracting Services, Public Works and Government Services Canada, Room 100, 167 Lombard Avenue, Winnipeg, Manitoba, R3B 0T6.  Closing Date:  November 15, 2016, 14:00h. CST.
