    The WED Relocation project will be located on the 4th floor of the Crown owned McDonald building, 344 Edmonton St. in Winnipeg.  The project includes a full Fit-up of new office space, the construction of a new common corridor with adjoining vacant space on the 4th floor level and a basement level storage room upgrade.
    
    The work includes selective demolitions including remediation work on the existing North wall, reconfiguration of existing infrastructure and new installations on the 4th floor and new installations in the basement storage area.
    
    Currently, the MacDonald building has a separate Construction project occurring throughout the building which includes the 4th floor level, coordination between the successful Bidder and the current Contractor will be required.
    
    There will be a site visit on Monday July 31st at 10:00am. Interested bidders are to meet at the Main Floor lobby, 344 Edmonton Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba.  All attendees must sign the Security Desk Visitor log and Site Visit Attendance Register prior to the walkthrough.  Bidders who, for any reason, cannot attend at the specified date and time will not be given an alternative appointment to view the site. No exceptions will be made.

    The Work under this contract shall include, but is not limited to, the furnishing of all superintendence, overhead, labour, materials, equipment, tools, supplies, and all things necessary for and incidental to the satisfactory performance and completion of the work, as more fully described in the drawings and specifications, for the WED Relocation to Crown Building at Winnipeg, Manitoba.

    Value of Project:  To assist with bonding and insurance requirements, this project is estimated at a value between $1,000,001 and $5,000,000.
