W4M00-12C247/A -  Roof Repairs and Replacement Standing Offer
(DND) - Manitoba

Work under this contract comprises the furnishing of all labour,
materials, tools, equipment, transportation and supervision
necessary to repair various types of roofs at 17 Wing Winnipeg
and Portage la Prairie locations. Services are to be provided on
an "as required" basis. Up to two (2) Standing Offers may result
from this Request for Standing Offer for each city.  The
standing offer will be for a term of five (5) years

Pursuant to the Code of Conduct and Certifications contained in
the RFSO, a Consent to a Criminal Record Verification form,
should be submitted with the offer by closing date, for each
individual who is currently on the Offeror's Board of Directors

This procurement contains MANDATORY requirements. See Part 4 for
details.

There is a security requirement associated with this
requirement. 

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Agreement on
Internal Trade (AIT).
