    The Work under this contract shall include the furnishing of all superintendence, overhead, labour, materials, equipment, tools, supplies, and all things necessary for and incidental to the satisfactory performance and completion of all work, as more fully described in the drawings and specifications, for the fit-up of approximately 3100 square feet of existing CRA office space (2nd floor) at 1039 Princess Avenue, Brandon, MB. The project will involve demolitions, new installations, mechanical and electrical alterations and upgrading the existing security system.
    
    OPTIONAL SITE VISIT 
    It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site. Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held at 1039 Princess Avenue, Brandon, Manitoba on August 10, 2016. The site visit will begin at 11:00h CDT.  Bidders are requested to congregate at the 153-11th Street side entrance prior to the start time (around the corner from the front entrance) to gain access to the building for the site walkthrough. 
    Bidders are requested to communicate with the Contracting Authority to confirm attendance. Bidders will be required to sign an attendance sheet, and photo identification maybe requested. 
     Bidders who do not attend or do not send a representative will not be given an alternative appointment but they will not be precluded from submitting a bid. Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation. 
     
    Firms intending to submit bids on this project should obtain bid documents through the Government Electronic Tendering (GETS) service provider at http://Buyandsell.gc.ca/tenders .  Firms that obtain bid documents from a source other than the official site run the risk of not receiving a complete package.
    
    Bidders are responsible for obtaining copies of bid forms, special instructions and amendments issued prior to bid closing, from the Government of Canada web site, and are to ensure they are addressed in the submitted bid. 
    
    Thisprocurement contains mandatory requirements. Failure to comply may result in rejection of your bid.
