    Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) -
    Environmental Services (ES) has been retained by the Royal
    Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) to manage the removal of an
    underground storage tank (UST) and remediation of associated
    petroleum hydrocarbon impacted soil (removal and off-site
    disposal of an estimated 15 cubic meters of impacted soil) from
    the RCMP Detachment in Outlook, Saskatchewan (the Site). All
    work to be completed in accordance to these specifications and
    in compliance with all relevant Codes, Guidelines, Standards,
    Criteria, Acts and Regulations. 
    
    The scope of work to be completed by the Contractor includes the
    removal of one (1) underground heating oil storage tank of
    unknown size, all associated tank infrastructure and excavation
    of approximately 15 m3 of hydrocarbon impacted soil from the
    vicinity of the UST tank bed for off-site treatment and disposal
    at a licensed facility. The project also includes the
    restoration of the area to original site conditions
