Trade Agreement: CETA / WTO-AGP / CFTA Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Best Overall Proposal Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: ON-GOING OPPORTUNITY FOR QUALIFICATION This notice is issued in accordance with the process set out below to allow new suppliers to qualify. The already qualified suppliers that were awarded a supply arrangement will not have to submit a new arrangement. REQUEST FOR SUPPLY ARRANGEMENTS This requirement consists in issuing Supply Arrangements (SA) for general contracting services for the realization of construction work. The Supply Arrangement will be valid from the date of issuance to July 21,2019. The maximum amount the Crown can pay pursuant to the Supply Arrangements is estimated at 2 299 500.00 $, including taxes. The work involved in this arrangement will be carried out at: Maurice-Lamontagne Institute, 850 Route de la Mer, Mont-Joli, Qc Les Escoumins, 35 Otis Street, Les Escoumins, Qc THERE WILL BE NO SITE VISIT INQUIRIES: All enquiries regarding this tender are to be submitted, in writing, to the Contractual Authority, Gabriel Piras, Supply Specialist, by facsimile at (418) 648-2209 or by e-mail at: Gabriel.piras@tpshc-pwgsc.gc.ca TENDER DOCUMENTS: Firms intending to submit tenders on this project should obtain tender documents through the website https://buyandsell.gc.ca, service provider. Addendum, when issued, will be available from the service provider’s website. Firms that elect to base their bids on tender documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk. The Crown reserves the right to negociate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada. Standard terms and conditions for this procurement are incorporated by reference into, and form part of, the tender and contract documents.
