(DRDC) - Valcartier.

This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement
Holders  who qualified under  " 1 " for the stream 1(A)
Application Services.

This requirement is open only to those invited TBIPS Supply
Arrangement Holders who qualified under the category A.6 
Programmer /Software Developer (level 2).

Description of the requirement:
IMAGEv3 has been developed in the context of Defence Research
and Development Canada (DRDC) 12om project to support the
comprehension of a complex situation by a multidisciplinary
team.  IMAGEv3 provides the functionalities to allow a user to
express and analyse his/her comprehension of the situation and
share it with other users.  

DRDC has started a research project on 1 April 2014 in the area
of cyber security for military platforms named
Platform-to-Assembly Secured System (PASS) that will end on 31
March 2019. On of the axis of this project concerns the risk
analysis and is named PASS - Risk Analysis (PASS-RA). DRDC plans
to use IMAGEv3 in the context of this project. However, the
current version of IMAGEv3 needs improvements and additional
functionalities to be more useful in this specific context. DRDC
plans to develop IMAGEv3 over the duration of PASS-RA effort as
needs are arisen.
This contract aims to obtain the services of a resource as A.6
Programmer/Software Developer Level 2.
Phase 1 - Produce IMAGEv4.1
Phase 2 - Produce IMAGEv4.2 (optional)
Phase 3 - Produce IMAGEv4.3 (optional)
Phase 4 - Produce IMAGEv4.4 (optional)

Proposed period of contract:
The proposed period of contract shall be from the date the
Contract is awarded and ends June 30, 2015 (Phase 1). 
Option to Extend the Contract(Phases 2 to 4): 3 additional
15-month periods
