    Analysis of simulation development process and recommendations
    for improvement
    
    Objective
    The objective of the Work is to perform a review and analysis of
    a simulation development process used to perform defence
    scientific research development.  The analysis performed by the
    Contractor must assess each step of the simulation development
    process and provide recommendation to address a number of
    problematic issues affecting efficiency of the process. The
    Contractor must also identify alternate improved methods,
    applicable methodology, tools, standards, service providers or
    collaborative approaches.
    
    The Contractor must research, document and recommend tools,
    methods and practices to improve the conduct of collaborations
    and exchange of knowledge, data, models and simulations.
    
    The organization for which the services are to be rendered is
    Defence Research and Development Canada - Valcartier (DRDC -
    Valcartier).
    
    The period of the Contract is from date of Contract to
    acceptance of the Work by Canada.  
    
    Bidders must provide a list of names, or other related
    information as needed, pursuant to section 01 of Standard
    Instructions 2003.
    
    For services requirements, Bidders must provide the required
    information as detailed in article 2.3 of Part 2 of the bid
    solicitation, in order to comply with Treasury Board policies
    and directives on contracts awarded to former public servants.
    
    The requirement is limited to Canadian services. 
    
    The maximum funding available for the Contract resulting from
    the bid solicitation is $40000.00 (Applicable Taxes extra). Bids
    valued in excess of this amount will be considered
    non-responsive. This disclosure does not commit Canada to pay
    the maximum funding available. 
    
    Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid
    solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the
    Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the
    results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be
    in writing, by telephone or in person.
