    Perform the work on Canadian Coast Guard Ship (CCGS) MARTHA L. BLACK in 
    
    
    
    
    accordancewith Fisheries and Oceans Canada - Coast Guard technical specifications entitled - CCGS Martha L. Black - F3012-15IN180 - Propulsion Alternator Bearings ‘’, and all related drawings and other technical documents. The vessel will be moored at Queen’s Wharf, Sectio
    n 96, Canadian Coast Guard base, 101 Champlain Boulevard, Quebec City, QC.
    
    BIDDERS’ CONFERENCE (OPTIONAL):
    A bidders’ conference (optional) was held on board the Vessel at S
    ection 96 of the port of Quebec, Quebec, QC, on Monday, November 23rd, 2015 a
    t 09:30 a.m. EST.
    
    VESSEL’S VIEWING (OPTIONAL):
    A visit of the vessel was held after the Bidder’s conference.
