NOTICE

DESCRIPTION:
Provide a rigid hull vessel of 5.5 to 6.5 meters in length with a low draft, complying with Transport Canada, Maritime Safety Standard No. TP-1332 (Small Vessel Construction Standard) and The Canada Shipping Act, to conduct water, fish and plant sampling on the St. Lawrence River between Cornwall and Quebec (QC), in accordance with the Technical Specifications in Annex A of the Invitation to Tender and all related drawings and other technical documents.

DELIVERY:
Environment and Climate Change Canada / Warehouse, 928 Wellington Street, Montreal, Qc., According to Incoterms 2000 for shipments from a commercial contractor.

TRADE AGREEMENTS:
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).

Canada retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
