Trade Agreement: WTO-AGP/NAFTA/Canada-Peru FTA/Canada-Colombia FTA Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Attachment: YES (MERX) Electronic Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: SUPERVISION WORKS FOR THE RECONSTRUCTION OF THE FISHERMEN'S WHARF IN MINGAN, QC PROJECT DESCRIPTION The work included in this project include the supervision of the reconstruction works of the fishermen's wharf in Mingan, North-Shore, QC. More precisely, the work includes the following : Installation of steel and timber piles on a sandy bottom; Construction of a structural slab supported by the piles; Set-up of on-wharf services (water, electricity, lighting, winch, mooring bollards); Excavation of sediments for dredging; Construction of a parking lot and wharf access lane; Relocation of a waste oil tank and installation of a service shed; Demolition of the remains of the old wharf. MANDATORY CRITERIA AT CLOSING DATE Licensing, Certification or Authorization; Provide consultant team identification; Provide Declaration/Certifications form. MANDATORY CRITERIA PRIOR TO CONTRACT AWARD CODE OF CONDUCT CERTIFICATIONS - CONSENT T0 A CRIMINAL RECORD VERIFICATION: Bidders must provide with their bid or promptly thereafter a complete list of names of all individuals who are currently directors of the Bidder. If the required names have not been received by the time the evaluation of bids is completed, Canada will inform the Bidder of a time frame within which to provide the information. Failure to comply will render the bid non-responsive. Canada may, at any time, request that a Bidder provide properly completed and Signed Consent Forms (Consent to a Criminal Record Verification form - PWGSC-TPSGC 229) for any or all individuals aforementioned within the time specified. Failure to provide such Consent Forms within the time period provided will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. RATED REQUIREMENTS Achievements and experience of Proponent on Project management in marine construction; Achievements and experience of prime consultant or Key Sub-consultants and Specialists on construction supervision in marine projects; Achievements of Key Personnel on Projects; Understanding of the Project; Scope of Services; Management of Services. PERIOD OF WORK Construction schedule is planned for 44 weeks from the contract award date.
