BUILDING DISMANTLING - LA TABATIèRE

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The work included in this project include the deconstruction of
the ice plant and adjoining warehouse, both located on the fish
plant site in La Tabatière, QC.

More precisely, the work includes the following :Work of this
Contract comprises the. 
Establishment of a security perimeter. 
Stabilisation of the structures.
Removal and disposal of hazardous materials. 
Removal, storage and/or disposal of mechanical and electrical
equipment and components. 
Removal of exterior coverings. 
Dismantling of buildings A, B and C. 
Overhaul.
Construction of the slab.
Cleaning of the premises and disposal of residual materials.

MANDATORY CRITERIA AT CLOSING DATE
The Bidder shall enclose bid security with its bid;

MANDATORY CRITERIA PRIOR TO CONTRACT AWARD
CODE OF CONDUCT CERTIFICATIONS - CONSENT T0 A CRIMINAL RECORD
VERIFICATION:

Bidders must provide with their bid or promptly thereafter a
complete list of names of all individuals who are currently
directors of the Bidder. If the required names have not been
received by the time the evaluation of bids is completed, Canada
will inform the Bidder of a time frame within which to provide
the information. Failure to comply will render the bid
non-responsive.

Canada may, at any time, request that a Bidder provide properly
completed and Signed Consent Forms (Consent to a Criminal Record
Verification form - PWGSC-TPSGC 229) for any or all individuals
aforementioned within the time specified. Failure to provide
such Consent Forms within the time period provided will result
in the bid being declared non-responsive.

PERIOD OF WORK
The Contractor shall perform and complete the Work within six
(6) weeks from the date of notification of acceptance of the
offer.

BUDGET
The budget, for this project, is between 500 001 $ and 1 000 000
$
